Kindergarten is traditionally the start of a child’s formal schooling, but in the Montessori classroom, the Kindergarten year is the final year of the Primary class. As a result, your child is the oldest and the most experienced in the class, and is looked up to by the younger children. This year is the culmination of the work done by your child in the previous two years. Your child will be a confident Kindergartener who will be well-prepared for 1st grade and beyond.
At St. Martin’s, you may choose either a half or full-day program for your Kindergarten-aged child.
